Norman Crowley - Chairman and Founder
In 1994 Norman founded Trinity Commerce, one of the first eCommerce services companies in the world. Norman grew the business to 5 countries and 150 people and sold the majority of the business to Eircom Plc in 1999. In 2001 Norman co-founded Inspired Gaming Group with 8 people. By 2006 Inspired was the largest player in the world in the area of Server Based Gaming (SBG).
In 2006 Norman floated Inspired on the London Stock Exchange. At the time it had grown to 2500 people and had revenues of US$500m. Along the way Norman also co-founded “The Cloud”, Europe’s largest Wifi operator which he sold to 3i in 2005. Norman is on the board of The Next Step, a charity dedicated to looking after disabled children in the former Soviet Union country of Georgia.

Tom Crowley - Managing Director
Tom worked for the Irish Electricity Board (ESB) for 17 years mainly in Generating stations. He worked on the mechanical maintenance and later in Instrumentation and Control of these plants.
In 1997 Tom left the ESB and started his own construction company. He gained considerable experience in the use of many types of insulation and the installation of energy efficient heating systems and renewable energy sources. Tom sold his construction firm in 2007 and co founded Crowley Energy in January 2008.
Donal McCarthy - Chief Technology Officer
Donal was formerly a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Inspired Broadcast Networks in 2001 where he was responsible for the creation and implementation of Inspired's world leading gaming and operations platforms. Inspired listed as Inspired Gaming Group on the London AIM in 2006.
Prior to founding Inspired, Donal was VP of Multichannel E-business at Ebeon, one of Eircom's e-services subsidiaries. Prior to that, Donal spend 10 years in the Banking and Payments industries working within the IT Strategy Team of AIB Group and as Professional Services manager with payment services innovator, Trintech.

Rita Lalor - Operations Director
Rita Lalor has served in a variety of operational management and administrative positions within the Medical, Automotive, Electronic and telecommunications sectors. Her titles have included Global Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager and Customer Services Manager. Throughout her career, she has worked with companies such as Philips Medical Systems, Electa Oncology Systems, Thermo King Europe, Hewlett Packard, Compaq and Nortel.
